ESTJ vs. ENTJ

ESTJs are sensing personalities which mean they are present-focused and prefer to understand the world through various sensory experiences. ENTJs carry a charismatic aura that is socially dynamic. They are ambitious and confident. 

For them, work is all about passion and dedication. ENTJs prefer to maintain a good work-life balance so that they do not feel overwhelmed due to overdoing things.

ESTJs are keen observers and have an eye for detail. They prefer living in the moments and enjoy life as it unfolds its mysteries.ENTJs are intuitive personalities. They will see each and every detail of their work before taking the final call.ENTJs are fast and prompt when it comes to decision making. They use their intuitive powers to decide on the spot. These individuals are not much into assessing risks and will take the responsibility on them in case things go wrong in some ways.
ESTJs are less stubborn and rigid than ENTJs. They prefer to keep importance to their opinions yet remain open to the suggestions of others.ENTJs are stubborn, close-minded in nature. They will readily persuade others to follow their path. Not at all keen to listen to others.

ESTJs are assertive outwardly yet they possess a soft heart. They are expressionless but feel for others deeply; maybe they will not let others know verbally.
